Our Email Spam Detection application accesses your Gmail data solely for the purpose of identifying and managing spam emails. We access:
- Email sender information
- Email subject lines
- Email body content
- Email metadata (date, ID)
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your Gmail data to:
- Analyze and classify emails as spam or not spam
- Move identified spam emails to trash (with your permission)
- Provide you with downloadable reports of spam detection results
3. Data Storage
We DO NOT store your email data permanently. All email processing is done in-memory and data is automatically cleared after 15 minutes of inactivity. We do not save emails to any database or external storage.
4. Data Sharing
We DO NOT:
- Sell your data to third parties
- Share your emails with advertisers
- Use your data for any purpose other than spam detection
- Store your credentials or access tokens beyond your session
5. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted HTTPS connections
- Secure OAuth 2.0 authentication
- Session-based access control
- Automatic session expiration after 15 minutes of inactivity
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Revoke access to your Gmail account at any time via Google Account Permissions
- Request deletion of any temporarily cached data
- Stop using the service at any time
