Our Service provides automated spam email detection and management for Gmail accounts using machine learning algorithms. The Service allows you to:

• Fetch and analyze emails from your Gmail account
• Classify emails as spam or not spam
• Download spam detection reports
• Move identified spam emails to trash

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during authorization
• Keep your Google account credentials secure
• Review spam detection results before permanently deleting emails
• Use the Service only for legitimate spam detection purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the Service

4. Gmail Access Permissions

By authorizing the Service, you grant us permission to:

• Read email metadata and content for spam detection
• Modify email labels (move to trash) with your explicit consent

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Google Account Settings.

5. Service Limitations

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee:

• 100% accurate spam detection
• Continuous service availability
• Compatibility with all Gmail configurations

Always review results before permanently deleting emails.

6. Data Processing

Email data is processed in-memory and automatically expires after 2 hours. We do not permanently store your emails. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Incorrectly classified emails
• Data loss or service interruptions
• Damages resulting from use of the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time. You may stop using the Service and revoke access at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
